Meet Ciara Ashwell
My work is rooted in love and remembrance. Through powerful healing sessions, soul activations and light language transmissions, I guide others to release old timelines and embody the truth of who they are, beyond conditioning, beyond fear, beyond the veil.
I am also passionate about helping companies improve wellbeing in the workplace as there is an increased need for mental health awareness and resilience development within the workplace so if you are interested in creating a wellness day or retreat I would love to work with you! The reason I picked the name Mariposa Holistic Wellness – in 2016 when I was in a very bad place due to all my pregnancy losses, I took a year out of IVF treatment to work on my mindset. This is when I trained in Feng Shui and became obsessed with The Law of Attraction and manifestation.
I read the book The Universe Has Your Back by Gabrielle Bernstein and it changed everything for me. There is a part in the book where you pick something that is significant to you and this becomes your Universal sign so whenever you need confirmation or guidance, you ask the Universe to show you your sign.
I picked a white butterfly (Mariposa is a butterfly in Spanish). A butterfly represents change and transformation, comfort, hope and positivity. I have used this sign ever since and whenever I need guidance from the Universe to confirm I am on the right path, my white butterfly will always appear, showing me that the Universe always has my back.
