Card A: Fill Up Your Cup - if you were drawn to this card, this is your sign that you are being called to slow down. Do you find that you are just so busy all the time? You don't need to move fast to get to your destination. Slowing down will allow you to prioritize what is truly important to you and make space for your intuition to be heard. We usually do this because we think we are protecting ourselves or fear what might happen if we let go. Often it is the false delusion that we have control in the first place that stops us from moving forward. You may be limiting yourself by staying stuck in familiar territory rather than releasing into the unlimited unknown. This is your sign to let go! You might be controlling an emotion for fear that, if you felt it, you might get stuck in it. Whereas the truth is if you allowed yourself to feel, the emotion would release. You might be feeling like you need to hold everything or everyone together in your life in case you fall into chaos, when really, by feeling the fear you will notice you feel much calmer 💫

Creativity is activated from stillness, so take your foot off the pedal for a moment and stop to breathe. There are two paths in life that coexist, and they both lead to the same destination, but one is pushed and the other one is supported and pulled. Accept support where you need it and take a breather to look at the bigger picture. You'll know when you're back in the flow of life when things feel effortless yet productive and when things feel like they head towards you, not away from you. Life doesn't have to be a struggle 💫

Tomorrow the Full Moon in Cancer also know as the Wolf Moon peaks ♋️

Cancer, like the crab, yearns for security and seeks refuge or shelter 🦀

It is also one of the most intuitive and emotional of all the signs. This Full Moon is asking that we honour our emotional knowing, our deepest needs, and the sacredness of our own energy. It is a full Moon asking that we create space to feel, listen, and receive the wisdom travelling through our emotional body, through our feeling nature.

Cancer is ruled by the Moon so we are being asked to bring the light of the Moon and the presence of our own hearts to what has gone unfelt, to what has gone unloved, and to what has gone unexpressed, waiting for a safe and loving channel to be transmuted.

The Moon rules over our moods, emotions, innate reactions, and what makes us feel secure emotionally. By healing our own relationship with our emotions – by creating safety in feeling – we are offered empowerment, self-awareness, healing, and transformation as we let them move through us 💫
