Card A: Cut The Cords - cords are the energetic bonds that connect us to a situation, person or place. If you are finding yourself "hanging on" in a situation you know is unhealthy or negative, this card is encouraging you to call on the angels to help you release yourself from it. When you ask your angels to support you in cutting the cords, they will help dissolve the connections that are hooking you into a negative situation. You have to do your part, too, by removing yourself from harmful and draining situations.
If you have any questions regarding a situation, relationship, or outcome at this time, know that you are being guided to find a new way forward, as it will be more rewarding and replenishing for you. Ultimately, cutting the cords is an act of self-care and self-love.

Card B: Compassion - This card indicates a need to be kind and compassionate toward others and also yourself. Changing how you see yourself will help change how others see you. Angels are surrounding you at this time and encouraging you to see yourself through their eyes. All of the ups and downs you have faced, all of the insecurities you have overcome and all of the setbacks you have moved beyond are testament to your resilience and strength. So, have compassion and respect for yourself. Treat yourself the way you would love to be loved and treated by others. Then your own actions will be mirrored back to you by those around you.

Card C: Raise Your Vibration - You may have experienced some setbacks or felt low recently, but that is behind you now. Everything in the universe is comprised of energy, and that energy vibrates, drawing toward it similar energy. So, raising your vibration means aligning yourself with situations, people, places, and choices that you know will lift you up, support you and help you grow. This card is a reminder that you are ascending spiritually and personally at this time. Know that you are filled with inspiration and attracting only the good.

I spent years of my life being a people pleaser and I still struggle with it every so often.

A people-pleaser is someone who consistently aims to make the people around them happy by putting others' needs ahead of their own.

People on the receiving end of your behavior might also start to get used to it. They could become more entitled and less grateful for your efforts because they come to expect it from you, which can make it even harder to speak up about your own feelings. It’s natural to want to make others happy, but if you never put yourself first, you start to neglect your own well-being.

Learning how to stop being a people-pleaser starts with recognising that you’re worthy of the same consideration you show others. It may seem hard at first, but remember that it’s not your job to make everyone happy. Don’t self-sabotage or put your needs second. You’re the most important person in your life, so treat yourself that way.
