Reiki Level 1 Course

Reiki level 1 is the first degree where you will learn how to heal yourself, your family and your friends. Reiki Level 1 – DR Usui’s system of training was developed to be given in three distinct levels.
We honour that system and the first level is briefly structured as follows:
- The understanding of Reiki, how it works, its benefits, the history, and the importance of the Reiki Principles.
- You are taught the Reiki healing hand positions for self-healing and for healing others.
- You will receive four attunements to activate the Reiki energy.
- You will receive practical training and healing energy exercises e.g. mental and emotional clearance techniques.
- You will learn about the Chakra System.
- An explanation of the Endocrine System.
- You will learn Psychic Protection.
- You will learn how to scan the Body and Aura for energy blockages.
- You are taught how to cleanse your Aura and your environment.
- You will learn about Grounding Techniques.
- You will learn about the 28-Day Cleansing Process.
- You will both give and receive a full Reiki Healing treatment.
- You will learn how to bring Reiki into your day-to-day life.
A Reiki level 1 manual and a Reiki level 1 certificate.
Reiki Level 1 Weekend Course

Reiki 2 Practitioner Level
Course Cost: €295
During the Reiki level 2 course you will receive 3 Usui symbols. These symbols allow you to increase the power of your channelling, work on the emotional and mental level and send Reiki throughout time and space. After being attuned to Reiki level 2 your practice is opened to almost endless possibilities. This workshop is open to anyone drawn to Reiki who has completed a Reiki level 1 course and has spent at least 3 to 6 months integrating it into their lives.
- The passing and memorising of 3 Reiki symbols.
- The technique and practice of distance healing and receive a further 4 attunements.
- At this stage of the training, the energy attunement is greatly amplified and its focus is on the etheric body rather than the physical. Those of you who have studied the human energy system will be aware that our etheric body vibrates at a frequency much higher than the denser energy of the physical body. As a result of this attunement, students often develop both a greater sensitivity to energy and their psychic awareness.
Will be introduced and attuned to three energy keys or symbols. These symbols can then be used as a focus to enable you to strengthen mental and emotional healing and to send absentee healing.
A large part of the training for this degree is centred on the understanding and use of these symbols. Students are encouraged to both use and experience the use of these symbols on themselves. Emphasis is also placed further to recognise the powerful effect that symbolism can have on the unconscious mind.
- Focus energy to release emotional and mental blocks.
- Focus your mind to send Reiki energy beyond time and space and thus bring about effective absentee healing.
A Reiki level 2 manual and a Reiki level 2 certificate.
Reiki Level 2 Weekend Course

Reiki Level 3 (Master & Teacher)
Course Cost: €395
Reiki Level 3 is open to anyone who has completed Reiki Level 1 & Reiki Level 2. It is advisable to have at least one year of practising Reiki since your Reiki Level 2 course.
The Reiki 3 degree is a wonderful course to complete for your own self-development but this course also teaches you to become a Reiki Master and qualifies you to teach Reiki if you wish.
Will receive a further attunement to the Reiki energy which further increases your connection to the Reiki energy. You will be introduced to the remaining sacred Reiki symbols and be shown how to use them. You will learn new techniques that you can use in your healing journey. You will be shown how to attune others to each level of Reiki if you decide that you would like to teach Reiki at any point.
A large part of the training for this degree is centred on the understanding and use of these symbols. Students are encouraged to both use and experience the use of these symbols on themselves. Emphasis is also placed further to recognise the powerful effect that symbolism can have on the unconscious mind.
- Revision of Reiki Level 1 & Level 2.
- Revision of hand positions for self-healing & healing of others.
- Learn the additional Reiki symbols.
- Learn how to attune/initiate others into the Reiki energy.
- Learn how to teach Reiki.
To take the Master Degree all students are expected to undergo and have comprehensive knowledge of the following:
- To attend a minimum of 3 Reiki training 1st or 2nd degree weekends as a volunteer.
- To be fully conversant working with the Reiki 2 symbols and have a full understanding of the chakra system.
A full-colour manual and certificate at the course and after the course continued support from me. If you decide to teach Reiki, you are also welcome to sit in on one of the Reiki courses with me if you wish.
Each course is followed by a Reiki 3 top-up attunement on a Reiki share night a month later.
Reiki Level 3 Weekend Course
