My New Moon Online Healing Circles are structured around a unique energetic theme each month. Enrich your life with newfound wisdom and insights, gathered in a safe and supportive community of like-minded individuals. Structured meditation, distant healing, breathwork, journalling and mindful practices form the core of each session. No experience is necessary as I will be guiding you through the evening. Don’t worry if you can’t make it on the night, the session will be recorded so you can watch back in your own time

Join me in my Wellness Cabin in Baldonnel on the night of the Full Moon for an evening of connection and healing. We begin the night with a Cacao Ceremony. I will give you an energy update for that particular Full Moon and explain what it means and how you can harness the energies to your advantage, we will do a group meditation and healing, some journalling, Oracle cards and finish the evening with a fire ceremony.

Being able to connect with other women about your experiences when you are struggling to conceive can be invaluable. I have created these online support circles to give you the opportunity to do just that. This will be an open and confidential space to feel heard, to listen to other women’s experiences, to connect to others on the same journey and to feel supported. We will start with a sharing circle (sharing as little or as much as you wish) we will do some journaling, we will have some group Reiki healing and I will guide you through a relaxing meditation at the end of the evening so you leave the cabin feeling calmer, less stressed and more relaxed.
I have created these online monthly circles for anyone on a fertility journey. Including and welcoming to everyone, whether that be natural or assisted conception, primary or secondary infertility, early in the journey or on a longer track, all will be welcomed warmly and with open arms. You will be listened to, you will be seen, you will be heard and be deeply held. You will have space to simply be.
You’ll be in a shared space and understanding, giving yourself time and space to feel heard, to reflect and tend to yourself.

We kick off at 8pm so please arrive a few minutes early. The Zoom link will be emailed to you ahead of the Workshop.
